This place is awful. We have lived in the area for A few years, but never went to Ourspace.
Our first and now last visit was for a friend of our daughters birthday party, it was 2nd choice as the original plan for a picnic was rained off.

From the start the staff were rude and looked down at us as we hadn’t booked a party. We were told we could sing happy birthday to the birthday girl and cut the cake in a room away from the rest of the empty hall.. For this we were given only a 30 minute time slot to do so, and no knife was allowed in the room, and they wouldn’t supply plates.

As a group we ordered food and drinks for the children, when the jugs of squash arrived we had to ask for cups, the reply was “go and get them yourself”. When the food arrived without plates, once again we ask for some and another rude reply came as “it’s up to you if you want plates” the staff snapped, before turning back to their conversation with each other.

Overall the staff were ignorant, snappy and at one point pushed past my wife and daughter without an excuse me or sorry.

We will not be returning at any point and will also let all of our friends and family in the Tunbridge Wells area know of awful time we had. I suggest for anyone wanting a soft play centre in the area to look elsewhere, Minor Mania is a much better staffed and equipped centre.
